In the beginning, there is love, care, tenderness and understanding. The relationship is fresh and new. As the beginning grows into a middle, a bond has been secured and the loyalty is visible. But as the end comes near, a certain stale taste lingers on the tongue and the appreciation has fizzled away. It's time to say goodbye. I grew up being taught about death and money. Ugly combination? It can be very ugly when someone dies and the dispute of a dollar comes into play. After every funeral, my father always made it clear that he did not want any "death money". Now some of them weren't just your average deaths where someone dies, leaves a will and you get 1/3. No, this was money that surfaced after underhandedness, greed, lies and deceit......bringing on the saying, "death money". If you're going to stoop that low to get a piece of the rock, I suggest you wait until after the funeral, get a shovel....AND START DIGGING!!!! But be wary: the Grim Reaper will soon meet you downstairs...................
