MM: {MeSha Moments}: #58~Turning Over "Anew" Leaf
Take a look at your surroundings. Revisit the places you've gone. Converse with people you've spoken to. Do this in your mind. Did you notice something you didn't notice before? Did you see something wrong? Did I light bulb go off? ... or maybe you grew out of these things and are just now realizing they're too small for you to wear... in real life.
The word anew means in a new or different, typically more positive way. We have already turned over a new leaf when we began that career or business venture, when we started going to school or relationship. You feel what the hell I'm saying? Now stay with me because this is where "shit" gets difficult.
The problem is when you begin to outgrow your surroundings. Remember: Staying in the current will get you NOWHERE! It's very similar to a dog chasing it's own ass. What was new isn't new anymore and must be CHANGED or simply redone. Anew, means in a NEW WAY. So you turned over the new leaf, now it's time to FIND a NEW LEAF!
